I have been looking for Chicago real estate but dare I say I probably won't look there! That thing is crazy - I hope it sells like they are expecting it to. I did also - want to pass on this link I have been using. It is a great site with a google maps/mls mashup. I have found it has TONS of Chicago info. I hope it helps someone else out there!

This article is very revealing and address alot of my recent questions. Thanks for posting it. I believe that America is a great country. I am excited about the current elections because there are more people getting involved. This is a great time to be an American because we have the potential to bring about a shift in the global culture.
Barak Obama is the one candidate who seems to have what it takes to change this nation and this world.
Thanks for your blog. Check out my featured video for more on this.

first off, what a difficult category to measure. that said, 10% is probably not a reliable estimate on the rate of homosexuality in the overall population. (that often-cited figure is based on false citations of the Kinsey reports.) a more reliable estimate is generally held to be around 4-5%.

It's estimated about 10% of the population is gay, which is a pretty significant chunk of the population when you've got neck-and-neck races.

On another note, though, this stuff was released into the ether pretty quietly. I imagine it wasn't a move to stir up a bunch of votes from straight people. It went out only in gay newspapers, etc. He has shown a record of slipping in one or two gay references per major speech or demonstration and the gay part of the blogosphere always picks it up and goes nuts, but it sneaks past any ears that could potentially be turned off by it.
